Deleting your data

You can have everything EBAC Studio holds about you deleted. This page explains how, and what happens.

How to request deletion

Email markstock360@gmail.com from the address you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my data".

Sending it from the address on the account is what lets us confirm the request is really yours. If you signed in with Google or Facebook, use the email address attached to that account. If you cannot use that address, say so and we will find another way to verify you — we will not delete an account on an unverified request, because that would let anyone delete someone else's work.

What gets deleted

• Your account record — email, display name and account identifier.
• Every video you generated, and the stored video files themselves.
• Your generation history: topics, prompts, settings, notes and schedules.
• Any recurring series you set up, which stops immediately.
• Your publishing records held by the app.
• The credentials for every social account you connected (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok). You can also remove any of them yourself at any time, under Social media in the app.

What cannot be deleted from here

• Anything already posted to Instagram, Facebook or TikTok. Once published, that post lives on that platform. Delete it there, or ask us and we will tell you exactly which posts came from this app.
• Your Microsoft, Google or Facebook account. Sign-in is theirs, not ours. Deleting your data here does not close those accounts.
• Backups may retain copies for a short period before being cycled out.

How long it takes

Requests are handled within 30 days, and usually much sooner. You will get an email confirming when it is done. This is run by a small team rather than a large support desk, so a same-day reply is not guaranteed.

If you would rather not delete everything

You do not have to delete your account to stop things happening. You can stop any recurring series from inside the app, and nothing is ever posted anywhere unless you turn posting on. Finished videos are in any case deleted automatically after 48 hours.
