By using EBAC Studio ("the app") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
What the app is
The app generates short vertical videos using AI services, and can post them to social accounts you have connected. It is operated by EBAC Group and is provided as-is.
Your account
- You need an account to use the app. Sign-in is handled by Microsoft Entra External ID; you may use email, Google or Facebook.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- You must be old enough to hold an account with the sign-in provider you choose, and at least 13.
- Access may be suspended or removed if the app is used in the ways described under "What you may not do".
Your content
- You keep ownership of what you upload and of the videos you generate.
- You grant permission to process, store and render that content only for the purpose of operating the app for you.
- You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload — images, audio and text alike.
What you may not do
- Generate content that is illegal, or that harasses, defames or endangers anyone.
- Impersonate a real person or organisation, or create content designed to deceive people about who made it or what happened.
- Upload material you do not have the rights to.
- Use the app to produce sexual content involving minors, or content promoting violence or hatred against a group.
- Attempt to access another user's data, or disrupt the service for others.
AI-generated output
Videos are produced by AI models and can be wrong, misleading or unintentionally similar to existing work. Facts stated in a generated video are not verified. You are responsible for checking anything before you publish it, and for how it is received once you do.
Publishing to social platforms
If you publish through the app, you must also follow the rules of the platform you are publishing to. Those platforms can remove content or restrict accounts, and that decision is theirs, not ours.
- You can post only to accounts you own or are allowed to post for, and only after connecting them yourself.
- For TikTok, the app posts to your account only through the sign-in you approve, and only the videos you have chosen to post. By posting to TikTok you also agree to TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
- You can disconnect an account at any time under Social media, and withdraw TikTok's permission in TikTok's own settings.
Availability and your videos
- The app may be unavailable, change, or stop entirely, without notice.
- Finished videos are automatically deleted after 48 hours. Download what you want to keep. Do not treat the app as storage.
- Generation depends on third-party AI services, and can fail or produce nothing for reasons outside our control.
No warranty, and limits on liability
The app is provided "as is", with no warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for any loss arising from using it — including lost or deleted videos, failed or unwanted posts, or anything resulting from AI-generated output.
Ending your use
You can stop at any time and ask for your data to be deleted — see Deleting your data. Access may also be withdrawn if these terms are broken.
